Shipping & Delivery
International shipping is a flat-rate of $20AUD and $10AUD for Domestic orders. (subject to change)
Orders will start packing and shipping starting mid October, From then on, they will be shipped within 2-3 business days after order is placed.
Delivery time differs greatly by country and is out of our control after the package is shipped. Customs and local mail services can also affect how long it takes to arrive. Due to the pandemic, please allow and extra 2 weeks for packages to arrive.
Shipping from Australia to some countries can take a lot of time and could take up to 4 weeks. If you have not received your order by then, please feel free to contact me.
If an order has been placed and I am unable to ship it for whatever reason, I will contact you to arrange a refund.
Why is Shipping so expensive?
Orders are shipped from Australia. Due to the pandemic our courier has raised prices, and some services have been suspended due to flight cancellations and government restrictions. For more information on whether your country is affected please see here.
All orders will include a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.
Duties & tax
International packages may incur taxes, customs duties, and fees from the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total, as we cannot calculate them. By placing an order, the customer agrees to follow their country's laws and regulations regarding purchases. The customer also accepts that we are not responsible for any additional charges.
Made a mistake on shipping details/address has changed?
Contact us through the form or email oldwhitebox@gmail.com with your order number and correct address as soon as you can. We can’t change details after your order has been sent. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders not delivered because of an incorrect address, so please check your address before ordering.
Can my order ne modifies after being placed?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet and you want to add or change items to save on shipping, please use the contact form or email oldwhitebox@gmail.com with your order number and the changes.
My order was damaged, incorrect and/or missing items
We're sorry to hear that! Please take a photo and email it to oldwhitebox@gmail.com or use the contact form with your order number. We will arrange a suitable replacement for you.
Refunds/Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds in the case of a mistake in orders placed (see below for cancellations). If your item arrived damaged or goes missing, please see above. Please understand that once the items are shipped, the package is out of our control and therefore, depending on the damage caused by weather and handling we may or may not be able to send a replacement. However, please contact us to inquire.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 48 hours if it hasn't been shipped. Please email oldwhitebox@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.
